Sit Beside is a classroom on wheels that provides small group learning experiences and academic support in multiple locations around Fort Worth.
We partner with families to help them understand their child’s unique learning profile and meet their child’s educational needs with our engaging and interactive programs. Our goal is to provide a community for learners to explore their strengths, find a sense of belonging, and get them the support they need to succeed in their classrooms and in life.

Math Foundations
A learning support program to help 2nd-5th grade mathematicians build mastery in foundational math skills and reinforce current learning objectives.
Writer’s Workshop
A learning experience for 2nd-5th grade writers to explore new writing skills and strategies, experience the writing process, and share their writing with peers in a risk-free, multi-age environment.
Book Club
Book Club is a small group learning experience where 3rd and 4th grade level readers participate in book discussions, review phonics skills, build vocabulary, and develop their reading comprehension skills.
Meet the Founder
Hi! I'm Jennifer Hannah. I created Sit Beside to be a place for learners to feel both safe and empowered to discover their strengths while getting the support they need to help them grow.
With over 18 years of education experience, I’ve witnessed and guided the growth and confidence of countless students as they learned to advocate for themselves in small group learning environments. I absolutely love bringing magic and energy into the learning environment, creating safe havens for students to learn, ask questions, dig deeper, and be adventurous with their education.

Our programs emphasize both the application and development of academic skills - equipping children to become lifelong learners as they learn how to recognize their personal strengths and navigate challenges.
